Material, which is taken into the machine from feeding cylinders in BALKAN BALL FIBER MACHINE, enables the material to have the desired ball consistency by rotating and rolling the material for the desired period by successive drums distributed on an existing circle in the machine and receives movement from a single motor or receives transfer movement from a single motor. When required period is completed, material that is in ball consistency is transferred to the next machine with the help of a ventilator by opening a valve from product delivery section.
