As the step in the opening and cleaning process, BALKAN JET CLEANER should be used to remove fine waste materials and naps. There are no moving mechanical parts in this system to damage the fiber; the system works on a simple centrifugal principle. The material reaches a certain velocity as it passes through the machine in an high velocity air stream, and hits the adjustable blade placed at the trash rejection nozzle, shaking loose the waste material. The amount of air passing through the machine is very important. There is a fan inside the machine to adjust this. A BALKAN Condenser or a BALKAN Dust Extractor should be placed in the downstream of the Jet Cleaner to provide the air flow.
