The material placed on the frequency controlled feeding band is fed to the full-spiked beater cylinder that has sharp and angled pins which comb clean the cotton. The grid, system underneath the beater cylinder is adjustable from the outside even while the machine is working. In this way, the amount of cleaning is regulated. The cotton clusters leaving the beater are conveyed by the BALKAN Condenser and thus cleaned of dust. This machine can also be used for synthetic fiber. Grids, that placed under the beater are canceled.
